Senior Site Enginer

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage steel structure erection works at site
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and QA/QC teams
• Review drawings, WIR/MIR, and ensure work is as per approved IFC drawings
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to site teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
• Strong experience in steel structure erection projects
• Ability to read structural drawings and provide technical guidance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ready to join immediately / short notice
