Senior Site Manager opportunity on a Life Science development based in Cambridge. This project had a circa value of £20 million.

This is reputable Tier 2 contractor who are actively seeking a senior site manager who can provide an excellent service to their clients. You will need to have prior experience within a similar role. In this role you will be expected to manage the complete refurbishment of a life science project. This will involve the demolition and strip out, and structural alterations.

The Ideal Senior Site Manager must have:

• Heavy experience with Refurbishment projects
• Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
• Understanding of programmes and the ability to write short term look ahead
• Interpersonal skills to get along with the rest of the team/manage the sub-contractors effectively
• Black CSCS
• SMSTS

We are paying between £340-£380cis per day for the right candidate.
