Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Nashville, TN (preferred) or Remote (U.S. only)
Compensation: $150,000 – $220,000 base salary (depending on experience and level)
Eligibility: U.S. residents only (due to privacy tech compliance requirements)

We help clients regain control of their digital footprint and protect themselves against real-world threats.

As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. This new role will report to the Chief Technology Officer and directly impact the quality and trust our clients experience, helping us deliver best-in-class digital privacy services.


What You’ll Do

  • Keep critical services up and running within defined SLAs.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to respond quickly to outages and performance issues.
  • Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure to support traffic growth and data expansion.
  • Own instrumentation of logs, metrics, and monitoring for core systems.
  • Collaborate with the Security team to ensure compliance with privacy and security controls.
  • Partner with engineering peers to embed reliability practices into development workflows.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant SRE/DevOps/Infrastructure experience, including 2+ years at a senior level.
  • Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Skilled in monitoring and observability frameworks (Elastic, OpenTelemetry).
  • Familiarity with on-call and incident management tools (PagerDuty, OpsGenie).
  • Experience with load testing frameworks (Locust, JMeter).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, low-ego approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in privacy, security, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with GitOps tooling (Argo CD, Flux).
  • Experience with secrets management solutions (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA).
