Job Description:
What You Will Do:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Monitor site work to ensure adherence to project timelines, drawings, and quality standards.
• Plan, allocate, and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and site labor.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain records of work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
• Verify and check the quality of materials delivered and used at the site.
• Support project documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, and checklists.
• Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or issues to the project manager promptly.
• Mentor and guide junior supervisors and site staff to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Education: HSC or Graduate (Civil background preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, and site supervision practices.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Ability to handle manpower, contractors, and multiple site activities efficiently.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety norms and building regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
