Senior Site Supervisor

Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' a Site Supervisor to manage and oversee site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and solid experience in construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and manage on-site teams effectively.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and submit regular site reports, including progress and risk updates.
• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior site staff.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4–8 years of solid experience in site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
