Site Supervisor.

Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' a Site Supervisor to support site operations, ensure smooth project execution, and assist in managing on-site teams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to develop hands-on construction supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily site activities and workers.
• Ensure that construction work follows design drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress on site.
• Report daily site progress and highlight issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities and records.
• Support the team in resolving on-site issues and delays.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–4 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and site safety regulations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
