  • JOB PURPOSE

The Handover Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the handover process of units to customers, ensuring all technical, contractual, and customer service requirements are met. This role requires close coordination with the customer care and collection teams to ensure that handovers are completed smoothly, on time, and in line with company standards.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supervise the handover of completed units to customers in coordination with engineering, construction, and facilities teams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive handover plans and schedules.
  • Ensure all project deliverables, including documentation and training, are completed to a high standard.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the CRM and Projects Departments to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues.
  • Conduct regular handover meetings and coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment on handover requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on inspection procedures and customer handling.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the handover process.
  • Oversee quality inspections and ensure all project elements meet specified standards and client requirements.
  • Identify, document, and address any deficiencies or non-conformities.
  • Ensure all handover documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and warranties, are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain detailed records of all handover activities and prepare regular status reports for CRM Manager.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues related to handed-over projects.
  • Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement in the handover process.
  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Deliver 100% of project handovers on or before scheduled deadlines with minimal disruptions or delays.
  • Create detailed, realistic handover plans that are communicated and adhered to by all stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Achieve client satisfaction ratings of at least 90% on deliverables quality and completeness.
  • Provide timely updates and responses, maintaining positive client relationships and minimizing escalations.
  • Ensure 100% of identified deficiencies are rectified before project completion or handover.
  • Deliver complete and accurate documentation packages that meet client and regulatory standards without rework.
  • Propose and successfully implement at least one process improvement initiative annually that enhances efficiency or client experience.

  • JOB SPECIFICATION (QUALIFICATIONS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on project handover.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and relevant engineering software.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
