Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Junior Project Manager to support their project teams in planning, coordination, and execution. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on project management experience and grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning project timelines, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and daily coordination.
  • Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and highlight delays or risks.
  • Help manage budgets, resources, and project logistics.
  • Ensure project files, records, and databases are up to date.
  • Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
  • 0–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
