Position Summary

Kingswood Technical Services is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on site execution of construction and interior fit out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, timelines, and Kingswood’s quality standards.

This is a critical leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, hands on site management, and effective coordination with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and company leadership. The Senior Site Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management and Execution

• Supervise all on site construction and fit out activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Monitor daily site operations and ensure work progresses according to project timelines and milestones
• Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain efficiency and productivity
• Maintain a strong on site presence and ensure professional standards are upheld at all times

Coordination and Communication

• Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and company leadership to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Act as the primary point of contact between Kingswood Technical Services and contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
• Review drawings and identify any discrepancies, technical issues, or potential conflicts prior to and during execution
• Ensure all instructions and updates are clearly communicated and implemented on site

Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensure all works meet Kingswood Technical Services’ quality standards and approved specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship, finishes, and installation quality
• Identify defects or issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
• Support snagging processes and ensure timely completion of outstanding items

Health, Safety, and Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company safety standards
• Monitor site conditions and enforce safe working practices at all times
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and authority requirements
• Report incidents, risks, or safety concerns immediately to management

Reporting and Documentation

• Provide regular site progress updates and reports to management
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, workforce attendance, and material deliveries
• Track project progress against schedules and report any delays or risks
• Assist in coordinating inspections, approvals, and project handover procedures

Leadership and Operational Support

• Lead and guide site teams to ensure high performance and accountability
• Support junior site supervisors and assist in developing their technical and operational skills
• Contribute to improving site processes, efficiency, and operational standards
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the company’s growth and project demands

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction and interior fit out projects
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, interior fit out details, and construction processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate complex site activities
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Experience in high end residential, commercial, or interior fit out projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations is preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
