Senior Site Supervisor – Civil Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE | Job Type: Full-time | Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Joinery, Interior fit-out, and Quality measurement, with the ability to manage day-to-day Site Operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out and civil works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Perform quality checks, take accurate measurements, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor work progress, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and maintain smooth communication between office and site teams.
• Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

· Minimum 2+ year of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, and site supervision within the UAE.

· Strong knowledge of quality measurement and finishing standards.

· UAE valid driving license and car are mandatory.

· Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· Experience working in luxury villas and high-end interior projects.

· Knowledge of UAE building regulations and fit-out standards.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
