Position: Sr. Supervisor (RCC)

Experience: 6+ Years (RCC & Building Construction)

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Site Execution & Supervision
• Supervise and monitor all RCC structural works as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

2. Quality Assurance

• Inspect site work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Identify rectification areas and ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly.
• Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and ensure proper construction practices.

3. Planning & Coordination

• Assist in daily/weekly planning of RCC activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and material suppliers for timely availability.
• Attend site coordination meetings to report progress, challenges, and resource needs.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety standards and ensure the use of PPE by all workers.
• Identify hazards and ensure preventive measures are taken.
• Maintain documentation related to safety incidents, if any.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, labour deployment records, and work progress logs.
• Provide accurate measurement details to billing teams.

Report work progress, delays, and issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager

• Ensure quality execution of shuttering, reinforcement, concrete pouring, curing, etc.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labour teams for smooth operations.
• Review and verify measurements, levels, and alignment before and after execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
