SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR - UPVC

The Senior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, manpower management, and timely completion of project activities. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower allocation, daily productivity, and progress at the site.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
• Identify and resolve any technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Check measurements and assist in quantity verification for billing.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities and maintain site records.
• Guide junior supervisors and workers to achieve work targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in site supervision (construction, infrastructure, or similar projects).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in reporting and basic computer skills (MS Office).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
