Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sitecore Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Sitecore solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing digital experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore applications (XP / XM)
• Implement Helix architecture principles across all development activities
• Develop templates, layouts, and reusable components
• Work with Sitecore SXA and Headless (JSS) frameworks
• Integrate with external systems including CRM, APIs, and Identity providers
• Optimize application performance using advanced caching strategies
• Manage Sitecore environments (CM/CD) effectively
• Implement personalization and analytics features
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Framework
• Experience with Sitecore XP/XM, SXA, and Headless/JSS
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Sitecore Certification
• Experience with multi-site and multi-language implementations
• Prior experience in enterprise or government projects

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in production environments
