Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Social Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns and client accounts. Your expertise will drive tailored strategies, ensure consistent brand representation, and foster audience engagement to achieve measurable results. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team, work closely with clients, and contribute to the creative and strategic growth of Digitalise.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute content calendars for consistent and impactful online presence.
  • Produce engaging, region-specific content that aligns with client branding and resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to meet client objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth business needs assessments and present strategic recommendations to align social media strategies with client goals.
  • Oversee daily management of client social media accounts, including posting, audience engagement, and community management.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, audience behaviors, and emerging platforms to keep strategies relevant and innovative.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, supervise interns, and delegate tasks to ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as performance marketing and tech team to ensure cohesive and creative campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to achieve desired results.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to encourage creativity and innovation.·

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in social accounts management and marketing, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
  • Must have experience using Go High Level CRM
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with a proven ability to develop engaging, creative, and relatable content tailored to different audiences and regions.
  • Solid research skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media trends and competitor strategies.
  • Strong client management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in team management, mentoring, and supervising interns or junior staff.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, prioritize tasks efficiently with the ability to work independently within a remote team.

Must Have Professional Skills:

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail, Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities & meet deadlines effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Initiative-driven, demonstrating accountability and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to explore solutions independently while seeking guidance when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with International clients.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience with social media tools
