Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Senior Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive the full spectrum of social media activity, from strategy development and content planning to execution, performance tracking, and optimization. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging monthly calendars, presenting innovative ideas, and analyzing results to ensure continuous improvement across platforms. The role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to deliver impactful social media campaigns that support client and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, refine, and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.

Ideate, plan, and present monthly content calendars tailored to each platform’s best practices and audience insights.

Support the development of social-first campaign narratives, platform plans, and content strategies for ongoing projects and new business opportunities.

Drive, define, and provide feedback on the quality of social briefs, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with campaign objectives.

Champion and uphold creative standards for social media content, providing regular reviews and structured feedback to internal teams.

Maintain open communication with creative teams, senior art personnel, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Oversee the rollout of content across multiple social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and platform relevance.

Identify and resolve disconnects in messaging or execution, collaborating with creative and strategy teams to adjust content as needed.

Monitor real-time performance and audience engagement, adjusting tactics for maximum impact.

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

Evaluate performance against objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Assist in the development of social-first pitch decks, case studies, and platform-specific proposals for clients and prospects.

Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure integrated and impactful delivery.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) and their unique features.

Demonstrated ability to develop creative, engaging, and data-driven social media strategies.

Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Strong eye for detail, creative thinking, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
