Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

About the Role: Kabir IT Services (KITSS) is hiring a Senior Social Media Executive to lead and grow our digital presence. This is an immediate opportunity for a creative professional with strong content and campaign skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Create and manage engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency
• Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes
• Manage paid campaigns and influencer partnerships

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
