Role Description

The Senior Social Media Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing social media strategies and campaigns, creating compelling social media content, growing online engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. As the Senior Social Media Executive, you will collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals and maintain a strong brand presence across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to effectively manage and execute engaging campaigns.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing to align social strategies with overall business objectives.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with audiences and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms for content scheduling and performance tracking.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively to deliver impactful campaigns and address challenges.
• Familiarity with emerging social media trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Previous experience in a senior social media or digital marketing role is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proactive approach to social media management, ability to work under pressure solely or part of a team.
