We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of managerial experience to lead our social presence and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will manage platforms end-to-end, oversee content execution, and ensure consistent performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
• Create, plan, and manage monthly content calendars.
• Manage and update company websites as needed.
• Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to improve engagement and reach.
• Run, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and generate detailed reports.
• Work closely with designers and content writers to deliver high-quality visual and written content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on management and strategy experience.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, paid ads, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
