We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can lead end-to-end social media strategy and execution across multiple brands. You’ll own content planning, creative direction, campaign performance, team coordination, and client communication—ensuring every platform delivers growth, engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own social media strategy for assigned brands (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Build monthly content calendars (reels + static + carousels + stories) with clear objectives and messaging
- Write or supervise content writing: captions, hooks, scripts, CTAs, hashtags/SEO keywords
- Lead creative direction: briefs for designers/editors, references, layouts, and brand consistency
- Manage daily publishing schedules and ensure timely deliveries and approvals
- Run and improve engagement strategy: community management, replies, comment strategy, UGC collection
- Plan and coordinate shoots: shot list, schedule, creator coordination, raw content planning
- Track performance: weekly/monthly reporting, insights, content learnings, and next-month optimization
- Coordinate with performance team for Meta ads creatives, A/B testing, and campaign alignment
- Handle client communication: updates, meetings, feedback management, expectation setting
- Mentor junior team members (content writers, designers, SMMs) and ensure quality control
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices
- Excellent content sense (trend spotting + brand tone control)
- Advanced planning skills (calendar, workflows, approvals, deadlines)
- Strong copywriting + reel scripting capability
- Ability to interpret insights and improve content through data
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple clients/projects
- Comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Google Sheets, Notion/Trello/Asana
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency setup managing 5–10+ brands/month
- Basic knowledge of paid ads creatives and funnel-based content
- Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, retention, and short-form video performance
