About the Role

Lucid Web Solutions is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Manager / Team Lead / Head of Marketing to lead our digital presence, marketing strategy, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep expertise across all major social media platforms, and proven experience managing high-performing campaigns for local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complete social media and digital marketing strategies
• Lead and manage the social media/marketing team to achieve business goals
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Google, and other digital channels
• Oversee content calendars, campaign ideas, and audience engagement strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and sales teams
• Build lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates
• Handle international client communication, presentations, and meetings professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in social media marketing / digital marketing
• Strong expertise across all major social media platforms
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other campaign tools
• Excellent understanding of paid media strategy, lead generation, and brand growth
• Good understanding of graphic design and creative direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience dealing with international clients
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT / Software industry marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, automation tools, and CRM systems
• Experience scaling brands internationally
• Performance marketing and funnel optimization expertise
