Senior Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy Expert

We are hiring an experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Expert with strong expertise in content creation, viral reel strategy, trend research, and brand growth across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies
• Create high-quality content for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Research and implement latest social media trends and viral content ideas
• Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute short-form video/reel strategies for maximum reach and engagement
• Manage audience engagement, community management, comments, DMs, and posting schedules
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns for growth, leads, and conversions
• Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and continuously improve strategy
• Track competitor activity and identify new content/trend opportunities

Required Skills

• Proven experience in social media marketing and digital growth
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior
• Expertise in viral content creation and trend forecasting
• Experience with Meta Ads and campaign optimization
• Strong understanding of branding and performance marketing

Tools Experience

Experience with:
Canva | CapCut | Adobe Premiere Pro | Meta Business Suite | Google Analytics

Requirement

• Strong portfolio with proven results, successful campaigns, and brand growth case studies is mandatory.
