Senior Social Media Specialist

Pure Minds Media is a leading creative agency specializing in media production, videography, photography, color correction, GFX, event management, design, advertising, motion graphics, social media, audio production, content creation, TV commercials, equipment rental, studio operations, production management, and digital marketing.

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and manage social media presence across different platforms, with previous experience working with Saudi companies and marketing-related environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, X, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

Write engaging captions and content tailored to the Saudi market.

Monitor messages, comments, and community engagement.

Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.

Coordinate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams.

Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
• Previous experience working with Saudi companies is mandatory.
• Experience in marketing agencies or similar environments is required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Ability to write content in Arabic (Saudi dialect); English is a strong plus.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proven experience in the GCC market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
