Senior Social Media Strategist (Female)

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, brand positioning, and campaign execution across multiple digital platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies for different brands and campaigns
• Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across all major social media platforms
• Create engaging content ideas, campaign concepts, and growth strategies
• Monitor social media performance and generate monthly insights/reports
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry updates
• Manage community engagement, audience interaction, and online brand presence
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution
• Run and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist / Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Excellent communication, content planning, and campaign strategy skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics, insights, and reporting tools
• Ability to handle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
• Creative mindset with strong marketing and branding sense
• Experience in paid social media campaigns will be a plus
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
