Job Title: Social Media Executive (Onsite)

Reports To: Social Media Manager / Marketing Manager
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays off.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic onsite Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Model Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, as well as excellent content creation and communication skills. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement across various platforms to enhance the brand’s visibility and community interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of the social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Content Creation: Create, edit, and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (graphics, videos, posts, etc.) for social media channels.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms in a timely and engaging manner, ensuring a positive community presence.
- Social Media Advertising: Assist in creating and managing paid social media campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance through analytics tools and provide regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, growth, and ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to ensure the brand is always at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as content, design, and customer service, to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
- Campaign Execution: Execute and optimize campaigns based on performance analysis and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and creative thinking.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with video creation and editing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for social media.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
