Senior Software Developer

This role is structured as hybrid for candidates based in Istanbul, and remote for those residing in other cities.

Who You Are

• Minimum 4 years of experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns
• Experience working with microservice-based architectures
• Strong knowledge of database design and SQL
• Enjoys pair programming and collaborating with AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot
• Proficiency in Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Passionate about continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Experienced in using AI-assisted tools and modern development practices, and actively incorporates team into daily workflows
• Strong sense of responsibility and a focus on project delivery

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core
• Contribute to system design and apply best practices in architecture
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Apply TDD principles to ensure code quality and reliability
• Review code and support technical growth of the team
• Troubleshoot issues and provide sustainable solutions
• Continuously seek ways to improve development efficiency and product performance
• Support version control, CI/CD, and containerized deployment processes
