Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Software Developer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge systems that power healthcare insurance operations and electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions. From designing seamless integrations to leveraging AI tools for smarter development, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.
How you'll make an impact-
Develop and maintain systems for processing healthcare transactions like claims, eligibility verification, and remittance advice (think 835, 837, 270/271, 276/277 transactions).

Build and enhance C#/.NET applications that support medical insurance operations and benefits administration.

Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect with third-party healthcare systems, clearinghouses, and partner platforms.

Lead the technical implementation of HIPAA-compliant EDI solutions, ensuring everything meets regulatory standards.

Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and healthcare teams to turn ideas into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to EDI transactions, API integrations, and system performance.

Use modern AI tools to boost productivity and code quality.

Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your expertise and best practices.

About You-
Experience: 7+ years of software development with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.

Healthcare Expertise: Hands-on experience with healthcare EDI transactions (X12 standards like 837, 835, 270/271, etc.) and a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Microsoft tech stack (ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure), and modern development tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization).

AI Enthusiast: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in complex healthcare data environments.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and microservices architecture.
