Program Summary
This program drives innovation across the Intelligence Community by fusing data, analytics, and modern software engineering into a next-generation mission platform. The team is developing cloud-based applications, advanced automation, and scalable microservice architectures that redefine how mission data is integrated and acted upon. Engineers on this effort are empowered to experiment, design, and deliver solutions that directly impact national security—advancing speed, accuracy, and insight across complex intelligence workflows.
Primary Responsibilities-
Lead full-stack software development of enterprise applications supporting intelligence missions.

Design and implement secure, scalable microservices in AWS GovCloud or C2S environments.

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, lead peer reviews, and ensure code quality.

Build and deploy containerized applications using DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Collaborate with analysts, UI/UX designers, and product owners to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure compliance with IC cybersecurity and accreditation standards (RMF, STIGs).

Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives across development teams.
Required Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of experience, or Master's with 6–10 years.

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Django, or Flask.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and AWS cloud environments.

Familiarity with DevSecOps tools including GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and SonarQube.

Strong understanding of Agile development and secure software lifecycle principles.

U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications-
AWS, CISSP, or SAFe certification.

Experience with GEOINT data formats and IC enterprise environments.

Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Terraform, or multi-cloud architectures.

Familiarity with container orchestration and automated deployment frameworks.
Target Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000
