Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using Power Apps.

• Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations.

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for reporting and insights.

• Collaborate with end users to understand business needs and convert them into functional app designs.

• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, and other Microsoft services.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for developed applications.

• Maintain documentation for solutions, workflows, and enhancements.

• Ensure solutions follow organizational security, compliance, and governance standards.

• Provide user training, support, and continuous improvements for deployed apps.

• Work with IT and engineering teams to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.

• 5–7 years of experience in developing Power apps and creating Power bi dashboards and reports.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.

• Good understanding of SharePoint lists, Excel, and O365 ecosystem.

• Experience with Power BI report creation.

• Knowledge of PowerApps formulas, expressions, and component frameworks.

• Basic understanding of SQL and data modelling concepts.

• Ability to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-900/PL-100) is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
