POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Fortress Technology Solutions, you’ll play a critical, hands-on role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our property management platform. You’ll be responsible for developing high-quality microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres, while integrating with distributed cloud services to support reliable, high-performance workflows.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders through agile scrum ceremonies, contributing both technically and strategically to solution design. This role also involves actively monitoring system health using observability tools, analyzing logs, addressing escalations with urgency, and maintaining a high bar for code quality, testing, and coverage.
