As a senior member of our technology outsourcing division, you will be the technical vanguard, responsible for designing, building, and deploying mission-critical software solutions. The Engineering Mandate:

• Architecture & Design: Leading the high-level design and architectural planning of scalable web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
• Full-Stack Execution: Developing robust backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and exceptional performance.
• Agile Leadership: Acting as a Lead Developer within Scrum teams, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring the timely delivery of production-ready code.
• Technical Oversight: Conducting rigorous code reviews, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing best-in-class security protocols.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translating complex business requirements from client-side stakeholders into precise technical specifications and actionable dev tasks.

Your Technical Arsenal:

• 8+ Years of Professional Software Engineering: With a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in the UAE or international markets.
• Core Language Expertise: Mastery of at least two major stacks (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django, or C#/.NET Core).
• Cloud & DevOps Savvy: Deep experience with AWS or Azure, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architecture.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to act as a technical consultant to non-technical business leaders.

Compensation & Professional Benefits:
