Your Strategic Mandate

• Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for Digital Hifi’s product ecosystem and integration services.
• Engineering Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of systems engineers, developers, and AV specialists to deliver world-class projects.
• Product Innovation: Source, test, and implement cutting-edge Hi-Fi and smart-home technologies, ensuring we stay ahead of global market trends.
• Project Oversight: Act as the final technical authority on large-scale commercial and residential installations across the UAE.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain strategic technical partnerships with global hardware and software manufacturers.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize internal workflows, from technical design and documentation to post-installation support.

The Ideal Profile

• The Expert: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, specifically within high-end AV, Smart Home integration, or consumer electronics.
• The Architect: Deep knowledge of control systems (e.g., Crestron, Control4, Savant), networking protocols, and high-fidelity acoustic engineering.
• The Manager: A proven track record of scaling technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles in the Middle East.
• The Academic: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications are a major advantage.
• The Communicator: Ability to translate complex "tech-speak" into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
