The Role
Position Title: Technical Manager (ID Fit-Out) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 35K AED depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Family benefits: visa, insurance, yearly airline ticket Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading Abu Dhabi based interior design and fit-out company with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end, turnkey interior solutions across diverse industries. Job Description: -Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure full compliance with project specifications and authority regulations. -Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, resolving technical and design conflicts between concept, execution, site, and joinery factory teams. -Manage technical submissions, approvals, drawing logs, and document control while attending consultant and client meetings. -Oversee joinery production drawings and factory progress, supervise technical engineers and draftsmen, and ensure high-quality detailing and fabrication standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field -Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical design coordination (fit-out/joinery experience preferred); Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design/document control software -Must have strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP drawing coordination; Proven experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements -Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes
