About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Integration Build team at Orange Business, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of our integration platforms. The role focuses primarily on our in-house Business Layer, a Node.js-based system for aggregating, transforming, and exposing business-critical data, and will extend to include future development and operations on Orange’s new cloud-native iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).
This is a strategic engineering role within Orange Business IT (OB IT), aligned with two key transformation programs:
-
API for Business Program – delivering secure, real-time customer APIs via a central Logic API Layer
-
The New Integration Platform (iPaaS) – enabling modular and scalable data orchestration across all OB systems
You will work in Agile teams alongside Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps to ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable integration solutions that power Orange’s evolving digital ecosystem.

Contribute to the development and deployment of Orange’s new iPaaS, supporting cross-domain integrations between front-office (e.g., eShop, eCare) and back-office (e.g., OSS, billing) systems
-
Collaborate with architects on the evolution and modernization of integration platforms using technologies such as Golang, NATS, and event-driven architecture
-
Ensure scalability, observability, and security in all platform components
-
Participate in CI/CD automation and deployment using GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
-
Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in an Agile/SAFe environment
-
Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices
