AI Assistant is a key component that aims to provide ubiquitous access to AI-driven workflows across our products. The Core Experience team is focused on building and enhancing the systems and applications that power these experiences, delivering reliable and high-quality features to our users.
We are looking to use AI Assistant as a catalyst for transforming how users engage with our products by building core experiences that are:

Intuitive: making it easy for users to find what they need

Personalized: tailoring interactions to individual preferences

Contextual: reducing friction by surfacing relevant information within users' workflows
You will work across the stack, contributing to frontend and backend systems using technologies such as Vue for UI development, Python-based services, and modern search technologies including vector and semantic indexing.

What you’ll do:

Design, develop, test, and maintain software components across the stack

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards

Debug and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability

Collaborate with team members to deliver features iteratively and on schedule
-
Contribute to technical design discussions and provide input on implementation approaches
You’ll need to have:
-
5+ years working experience in either Java, Python, C++, or any other object-oriented language
-
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, similar field of study, or equivalent work experience

Strong software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design basics
-
Experience building and maintaining production systems
-
Great collaboration skills in a team environment, and a willingness to help and receive help from others
We’d love to see:

Experience working with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue, React)

Exposure to distributed systems or cloud-based architectures

Interest in AI/ML-powered applications or search technologies

Passion for building the next generation legal research platform

Salary Range = 160,000 - 240,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
