Abogados MMS Qatar is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our development team. This role is integral to building and maintaining robust backend systems that support our legal applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements.
• Optimize backend performance, ensuring reliability and scalability of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers in best practices and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring high availability of services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, utilizing languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Excellent understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from 70 to 130 QAR, based on experience and qualifications.
