. Bachelor's in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field

. Experience in business analysis or data governance.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
. Familiarity with API concepts, data classification, and governance frameworks.
. Gather and analyze API-related data from various sources to support inventory and classification efforts.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine API classification patterns and governance workflows.
. Support intake and exception request processes for API onboarding and compliance.
. Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and dashboards to track API governance metrics.
. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
. Participate in process improvement initiatives related to API lifecycle and governance.
. Experience with ServiceNow, Apigee, or similar platforms.
. Exposure to enterprise architecture or security standards.
. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
