Senior Software Engineer (Fintech / Payments)

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Fintech / Payments) for one of our partners, a global leader in software development.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior individual contributor (6–10+ years of experience) with deep fintech and payments expertise. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and launching credit card and/or debit card platforms, preferably at a fintech company or major bank (e.g., card-issuing platforms, payment processors, or digital banks such as Telda).

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong background in payments / fintech systems
• Direct experience launching and scaling credit or debit card platforms
• Experience at a fintech, digital bank, or major financial institution preferred
• Willingness to be hands-on and code daily in a senior IC capacity
