Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer (React Native Focus)

We are hiring an experienced, Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer for a Full-time, On-site role in Lahore. This position requires 3-5 years of proven experience across the entire JavaScript stack, with essential expertise in React Native for cross-platform mobile development.

You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of complex web and mobile applications—from initial design translation to deployment—while ensuring high code quality and mentoring junior team members.

Primary Areas of Responsibility1. Full Stack and Mobile Development

• End-to-End Build: Lead the development of robust web and mobile applications, converting design mock-ups (Wireframes, PSDs) into fully functional products.
• Front-End & Mobile: Utilize modern frameworks including React, React Native, Next.js, HTML5, Vue.js, or AngularJS.
• Back-End: Design and build scalable RESTful services using Node.js and Express.js/Next.js, with hands-on experience in MongoDB and other databases (both relational and non-relational).
• Architecture: Design and implement scalable application architectures.

2. Quality, DevOps & Agile Practices

• CI/CD: Implement and maintain strong DevOps practices for smooth Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD).
• Version Control: Utilize Git proficiently within the SCRUM agile environment.
• Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive Unit and Integration tests to guarantee code reliability.
• Agile Proficiency: Expertly work within the SCRUM framework, managing tasks, processes, and reporting effectively.

3. Collaboration and Leadership

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers to define and implement new features.
• Client Communication: Clearly communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and actively mentor junior team members, contributing to overall team growth.
• Innovation: Research and implement new JavaScript technologies and trends to maximize efficiency and solve complex problems.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience focusing on Full Stack JavaScript and React Native Mobile Development.
• Education: Master’s/BSc in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Key Proficiencies: Strong command of front-end, back-end, and mobile JavaScript frameworks (especially React Native).
• Technical Fundamentals: Deep understanding of core Computer Science and Software Engineering principles.
• Process Knowledge: Solid familiarity with SCRUM methodology and Agile processes.
• Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills (fluent written and spoken English is essential for client collaboration).
