Our Mission is to:

• Build a genUI SDK that moves agents from "walls of text" to interactive agentic UI.
• Develop an ephemeral client runtime that can stream high quality user experiences from agents to any surface.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Define an open standard genUI protocol - A2UI - and evolve it with new genAI capabilities of new models.
• Build and maintain Google's open-source genUI SDK that provides a toolkit for developers to supercharge their apps with genUI.
• Optimize the genUI pipeline for latency, accuracy, and low error rates.
• Build a full-stack genUI solution spanning client and server.
• Build a first-party genUI solution for internal Google teams to add genUI capabilities to their apps.
