How you will create an impact:

• Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and cloud operations to develop and enhance our SaaS solutions for pricing optimization.
• Help ensure the platform's stability and security by considering non-functional aspects, such as performance, scalability, reliability and data privacy.
• Assist in building data intensive applications and microservices that integrate seamlessly into client environments, delivering robust and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of user-friendly features, APIs, and backend services that drive the pricing platform's functionality.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle by following clean coding practices and engaging in peer code reviews.

About you:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• You are passionate about technology trends and digital innovation and have > 4 years' experience.
• You enjoy solving problems and translating business needs into digital solutions.
• You have an interest in TDD, BDD, Clean Code principles, and the “You build it, you run it” approach and are excited to adopt these philosophies as you grow.
• You have deep knowledge with Python and Java/Spring Boot.
• You are familiar with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
• You can work with Apache Spark, PySpark, and Pandas to build ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS Glue is a plus.
• You have basic knowledge with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React.js or Angular.
• You have an understanding of relational database systems, especially PostgreSQL.
• You are familiar with agile methodologies.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
