Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python and enterprise-grade application development. In this role, you will work on high-scale backend systems, AI-driven applications, and contribute to building a groundbreaking compound AI solution in the financial services sector.
You will collaborate with AI innovation centres, work on modern software architecture, and continuously explore advanced tools, frameworks, and models in the AI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Python Development
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, enterprise-grade backend applications using Python.
• Build robust backend services, data pipelines, and APIs to support AI-driven platforms and enterprise logic.
• AI & Innovation
• Work alongside industry-leading AI innovation units to develop a next-generation compound AI application.
• Explore, experiment, and evaluate cutting-edge AI tools, frameworks, libraries, and model-based solutions.
• Architecture & Deployment
• Own architecture decisions, coding standards, observability, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Optimize system performance, security, error-handling, scalability, and data-flow efficiency.
• Collaboration & Product Impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, AI research, DevOps, UI/UX, CTO, and product leaders.
• Work on impactful products transforming Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) using AI intelligence.
• Continuous Learning
• Stay ahead of new technologies, ML frameworks, automation tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Python and enterprise-grade backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Large-scale backend applications
• Deployment automation, CI/CD, code quality, and security standards
• Designing robust APIs, microservices, data flows, and integration layers
• Active GitHub or similar project showcase profile (e.g., 10+ meaningful repositories, open-source contributions, or proven coding excellence on platforms like HackerRank/LeetCode/CodeChef).
• Passion to learn and work with AI frameworks, LLMs, and modern ML tools.
• Quick learner, problem-solver, innovative thinker with product-driven mindset.
