Position Description: Responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Acts as the primary point of contact for architecture decisions, best practices, and development governance.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
. Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and customization efforts.
. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
. Oversee development, integrations, and workflow automation.
. Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security guidelines.
. Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
. Collaborate with functional teams (HRSD, ITSM) for cross-module alignment.
