Senior Software Engineer (SharePoint Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in SharePoint development and automation tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing automation solutions across MATAR’s Document Control, Translation, and Follow-up Offices, focusing on end-to-end digitization of manual processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Implement digital forms, libraries, sites, and custom workflows to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Customize SharePoint sites/pages to enhance collaboration and document management.
• Utilize SharePoint features such as Search, Managed Metadata, Master Pages, Content Types effectively.
• Support and optimize existing SharePoint workflows and automation tools.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Technical Skills: Angular JS, CSOM, CSS, HTML/HTML5, JQuery, JSOM, JavaScript, Metadata, Node.js, SharePoint, SharePoint Designer Workflows.
• Strong experience with business automation tools such as InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SharePoint and automation projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
