Senior Software Project Manager

700Apps is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Project Manager to lead our development projects and ensure their successful delivery. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and resource management while maintaining alignment with our strategic goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project management process for software development initiatives, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution of tasks and milestones.
• Identify project risks and formulate mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring a productive working environment.
• Oversee budget management, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Conduct project retrospectives and integrate lessons learned into future projects for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software project management.
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are a plus.
