Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual + Automation)

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 8+ years of proven experience in manual and automated testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software products. This role requires strong expertise in test planning, automation frameworks, performance testing, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Develop, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Ensure software quality standards and best practices are implemented.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify, log, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and tools.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation.
• Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
