Senior Software Sales

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Software Sales to drive revenue growth by selling our innovative software solutions to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.

Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.

Product Expertise: Develop a deep, comprehensive understanding of our software products, including their features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand client business challenges, needs, and pain points.

Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, tailored software demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers (C-level executives, directors, and managers).

Proposal Creation: Develop professional sales proposals, quotes, and contract terms.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communication using our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support and implementation teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and successful deployment for new clients.

Qualifications

  • Education: completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in Software Sales (SaaS), B2B sales, or technology solution selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales pipeline and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual with a profession approach.
