Senior Solar Field Specialist

We are looking for a highly experienced Solar Field Specialist to join our growing team and lead solar projects on-site with confidence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee solar electrical connections
• Supervise, guide, and manage site workers
• Lead projects from start to completion
• Ensure full compliance with DEWA regulations and construction site standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar installation projects
• Strong ability to manage teams on-site
• Solid understanding of DEWA regulations and construction rules
• Full knowledge of solar project lifecycle (A to Z)
• Strong knowledge of solar materials, procurement, and market trends
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
