Senior Solicitor - Investment Funds

We are working with a leading international law firm who are seeking a Senior Lawyer to join their Investment Funds & Asset Management team within their Dubai office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join an esteemed Corporate Funds team, advising on the structuring, formation, and operation of some of the most challenging, high-profile investments on the market. The candidate will work across corporate structures, such as private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate and alternative vehicles. Responsibilities will also include drafting and negotiating fund documentation, supporting fund managers with operational legal issues and co-investment arrangements, and advising institutional investors on fund investments and co-investments.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while delivering internal training to colleagues when required.

• 4-8 PQE;
• Strong background in investment funds within a medium to large commercial firm;
• Common law qualifications and experience with ADGM / DIFC fund regimes advantageous;
• Outstanding academics;
