Senior Solid Production Pharmacist
Description:
Job Purpose:
To operate more than one machine under close supervision while ensuring compliance with guidelines to meet production targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute daily production activities for solid dosage forms (granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation).
- Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with GMP, company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production processes to achieve quality, yield, and efficiency targets.
- Review and complete batch manufacturing records (BMRs) accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and guide production staff and operators on SOPs and GMP practices.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with grade Very good or Excellent
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in same field
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
