Senior Solid Production Pharmacist

Job description:

Job Purpose:

To operate more than one machine under close supervision while ensuring compliance with guidelines to meet production targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and execute daily production activities for solid dosage forms (granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation).
2. Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with GMP , company SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor production processes to achieve quality, yield, and efficiency targets.
4. Review and complete batch manufacturing records (BMRs) accurately and on time.
5. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of production equipment.
7. Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Train and guide production staff and operators on SOPs and GMP practices.
9. Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
10. Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with grade Very good or Excellent
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in same field
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
